Be the organized, dependable force that keeps our leadership team and department running smoothly. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Travel will be required when not working in the Raymore office setting.) As an Administrative Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting department operations by coordinating communications, managing projects, organizing meetings, and helping teams stay connected and efficient. Serve as the primary point of contact for department communications, directing inquiries and supporting internal coordination. Provide administrative support to department leadership and team members on a variety of projects and assignments. Prepare, edit, and enhance presentations, reports, and other business documents. Maintain department software, spreadsheets, filing systems, and dashboards to support efficient operations. Coordinate meetings, trainings, logistics, and advisory board communications. Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and other departmental initiatives. Support community engagement activities in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. Receive and distribute department deliveries and materials. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and recommend efficiencies. Travel within Missouri to support meetings with leadership as needed.
