Make a Lasting Impact as a Behavioral Technician in Addiction Recovery Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you’ll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient ), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours Assist with client transportation to and from services Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems Participate in team meetings and staff trainings Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations
