About this role
1. 協助依訂單需求、產能狀況與交期，進行生產排程與進度追蹤 2. 協助統計人力與產能負荷，並與生產、採購、倉管等單位溝通，追蹤進度與異常 3. 協助溝通業務與訂單出貨安排 4. 彙整週報、月報、季報等生產管理資料，協助主管掌握生產進度與達成狀況 5. 配合部門培訓，學習生產部各功能的流程，例如組裝、加工、物料與現場管理等 6. 其他與生產管理相關之協助事項
