We are currently seeking a System/Ops Admin for a retail distribution company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and optimize operational systems effectively.
Responsibilities:
Use and improve the system based on the user feedback including proposing for system improvement Ensure the efficiency and reliability of systems used in retail distribution. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement updates and upgrades. Enter data to the system as part of operational purpose Develop and document operational procedures and best practices.
