Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of design expertise, compelling copywriting, and video editing skills to create engaging content that drives audience growth and brand awareness. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Design
Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and visual assets using Canva for daily social media postingCreate engaging short-form video content using CapCut and Creatify.ai for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and FacebookDevelop both organic and paid advertising content optimized for each platform's specificationsMaintain brand consistency across all visual content while adapting to platform-specific best practicesCopywriting & Strategy
Write compelling, on-brand copy for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok that drives engagement and conversionsCraft platform-specific messaging that resonates with target audiences and encourages interactionDevelop captions, hashtag strategies, and calls-to-action that maximize reach and engagementAdapt tone and voice for different platforms while maintaining overall brand identityVideo Production & Editing
Edit short-form and long-form video content for organic posts and paid advertising campaignsAdd captions, transitions, effects, and music to enhance video appeal and accessibilityOptimize video content for various platform specifications and audience preferencesCollaborate with internal teams to capture and produce video assetsAI Tool Integration & Innovation
Stay current with rapidly evolving AI tools for content creation, copywriting, and designExperiment with and implement new AI technologies to improve content quality and production efficiencyEvaluate emerging tools and recommend adoption when they add value to the workflowTrain team members on new AI tools and best practicesSocial Media Management

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills:
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and social media templatesExperience with CapCut and Creatify.ai for video editing and creationStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok best practicesComfortable learning and adapting to new AI-powered design and content tools quicklyCreative Skills:
