Bistro & Pub Coordinator
Job Description: Exciting new opportunity! The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and support all Bistro dining services, Bistro events, bar operations, and Happy Hour functions while ensuring an exceptional dining and hospitality experience for residents and guests, in the Oneida Dining Room and Laurelwood as well. Assist the Life Enrichment Department in providing entertainment. This role provides leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to dining staff, promotes outstanding customer service, and assists Dining Services leadership in achieving departmental goals related to guest satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and profitability. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Minimum High School diploma or GED and/or 2-3 year’s previous experience in a related field preferred. Computer skills: Ability to execute various programs using Word and Excel, resulting in ability to create flyers and general announcements in flyer format. Range: $17.50-$24.00/hr.
