Job Description :
1. Dispatch and Courier Services:
• Collect, distribute, and deliver official documents, parcels, and correspondence between KPJC JB, KPJ Group entities, government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders. • Ensure timely and secure delivery of confidential documents. • Maintain records and tracking logs of all dispatched and received documents.
2. Transportation Services:
• Provide safe and efficient transportation for staff, students, guests, and management as assigned. • Ensure college vehicles are operated in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies. • Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and service schedules.
3. Vehicle Maintenance:
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and safety. • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and road tax renewals. • Report vehicle defects and maintenance requirements promptly
4. Technical and Maintenance Support
• Perform basic maintenance and repair works, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor building repairs. • Assist in troubleshooting facility-related issues and escalating major repairs to the M&E Department or external contractors. • Support preventive maintenance activities across the campus.
5. Facility and Event Support
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, and event venues. • Ensure furniture, equipment, and facilities are arranged according to operational requirements. • Support college events, examinations, and official functions.
6. Administrative Support
• Assist in filing, record keeping, inventory management, and administrative documentation. • Support procurement activities, including collection of quotations, delivery verification, and inventory checks. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed tasks.
7. Inventory and Asset Management
• Monitor and maintain inventories of tools, maintenance supplies, and office equipment. • Report shortages and assist in stock replenishment. • Support periodic asset verification and inventory audits.
8. Health, Safety, and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and college policies. • Identify and report potential hazards or safety concerns. • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment.
9. Emergency Response Support
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues, equipment breakdowns, and facility emergencies. • Assist in emergency preparedness activities and evacuation procedures when required.
10. General Duties
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Administrative Executive, and Principal/Chief Executive in support of college operations.
Job Requirement:
Education:
• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge and Experiences:
• Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D) with a good driving record. • Experience in maintenance, technical support, dispatch services, or general administration is an added advantage.
