About this role
1) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure compliance to the termed Vision and Mission statements, goals, objectives and values of the Company.
• To type report of all interpretation of x-ray film by radiologist and other procedure done.
• To help implement the policy and procedure for the department in liaison with the management.
• Further instruction by the Top Management of RSH or KPJ as a whole.
• Ensure to actively participate in all quality initiatives and activities by the Company.
2) ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
• Participate in 5S activities and comply with the specified requirements.
• Ensure adhere to The KPJ Way/ Standard People Practice (SPP).
• Ensure the policies on patients and family’s rights are addressed at all times.
• Ensure compliance to Patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008).
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
• To carried out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:
* To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons. * To co-operate with your employer or any other persons in the discharge of any duty. * To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer. * To comply with any instruction or measure on Occupational Safety and Health.
• Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 37001 Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS) are adhered to and responsible for integrity principles, practices, and activities at hospitals & companies if and when these programs are implemented.
3) JOB REQUIREMENT
• SPM or diploma in related field.
• Preferably with relevant experience in Hospital/healthcare business or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hospital, the brand and the Company.
• Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.
• Willingness to do work after office hours/weekends/public holidays when required.
• Microsoft office literacy.
• Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsibility and reliability to take charge of certain projects independently.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
• Prepared to work as a team member in the manner the best.
