Job Description: Job Responsibilities Individual Contributor Prepares and executes the installation of the delivered equipment(s) and system(s) Key Contributions - Lead site installation teams, Technicians and helpers to execute the various site installation activities. - Installs, configures, and maintains various systems and equipment. - Set up and install systems and equipment, such as computer networks, alarm systems, audio/visual equipment, and other electronics. - Read CAD drawing. Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical manuals, perform cable management, and use various hand and power tools - Ability to perform tasks that require walking, standing, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions. - Performs site surveys and contributes to Site Readiness Review - Verifies that assigned work is in accordance with customer requirements and is consistent with installation schedule - Takes part effectively in customer equipment installation and configuration, unit testing, verification, preparation for putting into operation - Identifies and solves problems in a timely and cost-effective manner - Promptly informs the Installation manager about any case when installation and testing activity is not carried out properly - Records the results of test activities in measurements sheets and prepares suitable reports - Provides technical support to customer, HITACHI or subcontractor teams for installation related issues - Assists post installation check-out (PICO) and Tests and Commissioning activities as required, in coordination and cooperation with involved teams - Contributes to the activities of Hitachi technical specialists to perform integration testing, trouble shooting and commissioning testing when required - Ensures the quality, security and suitability of all work performed - Contributes to progress reports and KPI’s - Use and document daily proper tools aligned to deployment strategy - Knowledge of CCN-LAN , telephones, CCTV, clock system, voice recording, PA, SDH and SCADA is preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. 2-5 years of experience Skills: Equipment Assembly & Installation. Cabling & Splicing Network Testing & Troubleshooting CAD knowledge & blueprints Teamwork and leading various team categories Site installation experience MS Office Word, Excell, Database,… Knowledge of networking, routers, and switches
