Job Description The Wind DT Logistics Staff Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for operating in lockstep with Wind Logistics Leadership and the Wind DT EHS & Projects Leader to establish a clear strategic direction for product build needs across the team’s portfolio. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a clear, descriptive set of requirements that enables the successful delivery of product features and functionality.

A key priority of the role is to ensure seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders, including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners, and Developers. The Staff Technical Product Manager translates strategic priorities into actionable product requirements, supports effective decision-making, and helps ensure that digital technology solutions advance Wind Logistics objectives while delivering measurable value to the business. Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent business acumen, understands the latest industry trends, and is recognized as an internal expert on the product and the associated competitive landscape. • Interacts with customers and stakeholders through Voice of Customer requirements gathering, fine tuning, and product feedback sessions. • Works with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and significant product outcomes. • Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product. • Routinely collaborates with UX on design decisions; conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas. • Demonstrates superior persuasion and influencing skills to ensure alignment between customers, Product Managers, and engineering teams. • Owns release planning and sprint backlogs, including the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases. • Owns and manages the product backlog, continuously ordering and prioritizing work to ensure that one to two sprints or iterations of backlog are always ready. • Continuously prioritizes work based on validated understanding of customer problems and needs. • Demonstrates strategic-level skills in problem decomposition and the ability to navigate ambiguity. • Engages frequently with the development team, approximately 50% of the time, to facilitate discussions, provide clarification, support story acceptance and refinement, conduct testing and validation, and contribute to design activities and decisions. • Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units. • Partners with Development Leadership and Service Owners to ensure a healthy development process. • Mentors junior team members. • Serves as an expert in Agile methodology.
