Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our delivery operations team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating with our delivery team, managing customer communications, and overseeing dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and coordinate with the delivery team throughout the day to ensure timely and efficient operationsServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery inquiries and updatesProactively notify customers of any delivery issues or obstacles (e.g., customer unavailability, access challenges, location-specific concerns)Maintain accurate records by entering detailed notes into the company's system to keep all stakeholders informedOversee overall delivery operations and manage dispatch coordinationMonitor delivery progress and address any issues that arise during operationsEnsure clear communication between drivers, customers, and internal teamsRequirements
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral to light accentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with computer systems and logistics softwareAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailReliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote workAvailability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST)What We Offer:
