• Production Manager – 3 points
• Manages account budgets, scheduling, and overall production logistics.
• Manages Billing (props, costumes, lights/sound)
• Manages Tickets Sales (Ludus system)/ Oversees daily operations of the performances.
• Publicity - Promotes the production through posters, school signs, social media, and announcements.
• Program/ Playbill Designer - creates the digital or printed program including one-liners and advertising.
• Manages and mentors the student drama club committee.
• Coordinates and communicates with the parent volunteers (cast party, t -shirt orders, concession stands, raffle table, candy grams)
