Position Overview: The Corporate Controller will own the company's accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, process improvements, and integration activities. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to take ownership of the accounting function and play a key role in shaping its future within the Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the month-end and year-end close processes

• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP

• Lead technical accounting matters and serve as the primary point of contact for audit coordination

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives

• Lead acquisition integration and accounting process alignment initiatives

• Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability within the accounting function

• Own internal controls and compliance activities, including risk assessment and remediation

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects, partnering with FP&A and executive leadership

• Manage and develop accounting team members, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior people-management experience

• CPA designation required

• Prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred

• Combination of public accounting and corporate industry experience preferred

• Experience within IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, or managed services industries is considered a strong asset

• NetSuite experience is a plus

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to operate independently and make sound judgment calls with minimal oversight
