Full Time Handicap School Bus Driver GES , LES, MNMS, MCHS Special Needs School Bus Driver is responsible for the safe and specialized transport of students with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities. This highly specialized role involves operating adapted vehicles, securing specialized equipment, and managing unique behavioral needswhile maintaing a supportive environment. Understanding Behavioral De-escalation. Understand individual needs. Communicate regulary with parents, teachers, and school admins. Have a current CDL with S & P endorsements. Implement all KDE rules, regulations and Muhlenberg County Board policies for School Bus Drivers/employees Excellant driving record. Get along well with others. Be coachable.
