About this role
Job Responsibilites:
• Provide instructional support to students individually and in small groups under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Assist with the implementation of academic interventions in reading and/or mathematics.
• Support teachers by preparing instructional materials and maintaining an organized learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and assist with documenting intervention data.
• Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive student behavior.
• Supervise students during instructional activities and other assigned duties.
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and administrators to support student achievement.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
