DEFINITION OF POSITION: To assist in the development and maintenance of a successful athletic program IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Head Coach
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Evidence of successful competitive playing and/or coaching experience
• Must be 19 years old per WIAA regulations
• Current First Aid/CPR card
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• College/University training or experience in the activity
• Coaching experience at the middle school level
ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED ACTIVITIES:
• Work positively with student athletes to teach essential athletic skills necessary to
