You will be responsible for:
• Global/Local Travel Policies, in particular • Global/Local travel policies and standards: updating/establishing rules and best practices applicable to Aperam employees and suppliers worldwide when travelling, incl. appropriate financial thresholds by geographic zone
• Project Management & Governance of the global travel policy deployment inc. the selected group travel tool • Lead the project, manage stakeholders, ensure a successful roll out • Organise and document project SteerCo meeting • Prepare project materials and minutes • Lead weekly project implementation meetings
• Organise Transition Management • Organise training material and training sessions to onboard new users • Ensure smooth transitions
• Vendor Management • Together with the Purchasing department, actively participate in the supplier selection process for booking, and expense management tool(s) and payment solutions • Set KPIs, business quarterly reviews, ensure contract compliance and liaise with ArcelorMittal GBT Team on negotiated hotels, car rental contracts, travel agencies, partnerships, duty of care contract. Liaise with Risk Insurance on Travel Assistance Program strategy and supplier selection • Manage escalation of claims related to Vendors
• User management • Create new users in the system, manage user transfer, manager and cost centers change and exits • Implement the policy and tools throughout Aperam Group entities, organise appropriate training procedures for new users
• Approval of expense notes for Luxembourg HQ • Perform compliance check on expense notes and make necessary approvals in the system • Support local expense note approvers when they have issues
• Reporting & Controlling of the travel spend • Reporting & Analytics: Deliver compliance and savings reporting; share insights with finance and relevant business leaders • Spend Optimization: actively optimize Aperam travel expenses through collaborative analysis and action planning with the Finance Controlling department • Audit & Controls: Establish risk-based checks, second-level approvals and VAT/Tax readiness. Drive compliance and data quality in coordination with Global Assurance
Your profile:
• You are hands on and feel accountable for your area of responsibility • You have process implementation and change management skills • You have an IT affinity, proficiency in Google suite is a + • You speak English fluently and ideally at least one other Aperam language (French / Dutch / Portuguese / German), which supports your excellent communication skills • You are service oriented with an independent working method • Your education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration • Your experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate travel management, or equivalent relevant experience in jobs with organisational skills • Your mobility: Occasionally business travel
