Main duties of the job This position offers the chance to join the Agincare family as a Senior Care Assistant at Chalgrove Care Home, located in Poole. Our commitment is to make a significant difference in the lives of our residents by using skills and compassion to foster a comfortable and caring home environment. The package includes a salary of £13.46 per hour, a refer-a-friend scheme offering up to £1000, outstanding career development opportunities, and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5. Further benefits include a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK, a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or be working towards Level 3), and be available for a 36-hour night contract that includes alternate weekends.
