Main duties of the job The Senior Care Assistant role at Agincare Homes Holdings in Bournemouth is a permanent position offering a salary of £13.46 per hour. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will support residents with personal care, independence, and dignity while administering medication safely. The role also involves contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities and outings, and supporting team members. The job requires a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK and a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, preferably working towards Level 3. This role requires working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
