Job summary Staff Nurse - The Mary Anning Unit Band 5 Full Time/ Part Time/ Term Time Only

Providing care for our older generation can be challenging but is an incredibly reward experience.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop significant expertise with discharge pathways and the associated complexities working as part of the wider integrated multidisciplinary team. Embraces new ways of working Supports vulnerable and dependent clients during the acute phase and the relevant recovery/rehabilitation pathways. Acts as an advocate for your patients
