Main duties of the job

As NHS 111 Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of the division, helping senior leaders stay organised, prepared and connected. You will support diary management, meeting coordination, communication, documentation and general PA duties, helping the division run smoothly and effectively.

Job description Job responsibilities

Provide confidential PA support to the Directors and Heads of Service DHU 111 Manage complex diaries and prepare supporting documentation for meetings Coordinate communication between senior leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders Arrange, attend and minute meetings, ensuring actions are captured and followed up Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Manage correspondence, emails, telephone calls and general enquiries professionally Maintain effective office systems, including data management and filing Support internal and external meeting arrangements and events

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Strong organisational and diary management skills Experience providing PA, secretarial or administrative support Confidence supporting senior leaders or busy management teams Experience taking accurate minutes and following up actions Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook The ability to prioritise and manage competing demands A professional, discreet and confidential approach
