Job SummaryYou will serve as a DIVISION HEAD in the CNIC CAPITALIZED BULK FUEL REQUIREMENTS DIVISION of NPO FORT BELVOIR.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Plan, direct and supervise a diverse staff of distribution facility specialists, program analysts, management analysts, and contractor consultants. 2). Plan and conduct studies, surveys and inspections relating to fuel storage and fuel handling operations, systems and facilities. Analyze the results of these studies and develop changes and provide recommendations for improvement in equipment and design of facilities, fire prevention and safety procedures and methods to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency. 3). Reviews reports, plans and schedules to determine Naval Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) support requirements. and 4). Participate in operations planning for Fleet exercises, operations and contingencies, developing and coordinating long-range contingency plans; maintaining, updating, and modifying plans; reviewing and implementing DoD policy directives.
