Job SummaryYou will serve as a MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the COMMAND DIVISION of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulations requirements related to Records and Information Management (RIM) are met; 2) Use knowledge in the application of records classification and retention in document management and records management systems; and 3) Develop and conduct Records and Information management training. Major DutiesYou will evaluate reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and preparing detailed responses.You will establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with customers; meet with key customer and coordination officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain policy and procedures, and resolve problems.You will manage the Command Civilian Awards Program.You will serve as a subject matter expert in records management and assists the Headquarters and Installations staffs in all aspects of the records and information management (RIM) program.You will be responsible for region management of organizations and personnel assignments within DON Tracker and provides assistance and training for users in both Task Management and Records Management.
