QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing leadership and guidance in the performance of technical and engineering services related to management, planning, and technical direction of complex projects and utilizing financial and administrative support tools and processes in support of combat and weapon systems and equipment programs by managing relationships, developing staff, solving problems, and ensuring information assurance. Major DutiesYou will serve as the Branch Manager providing risk management framework (RMF) process, engineering, sustainment and maintenance of weapons systems.You will be responsible for program resources, management and execution of the assigned branch.You will manage a multidisciplinary workforce including engineers, technicians, logisticians, and contractors is required.You will formulate approaches and proposals to all program tasks; negotiate and discuss both technical and budget program plans; manages resources; reviews and evaluates all assigned requirements, functions, and deliverables.You will monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, assign work, adjust workloads, and advise/counsel subordinate personnel.
