Job SummaryYou will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FORCE MANPOWER DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVAL AIR PACIFIC.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing of all manpower requirements (such as: Military, Civilian, or Contractor) determination studies, interpreting manning documents and organizational requirements, and preparing end-strength revisions for all aviation program missions. Major DutiesYou will provide infrastructure support, maintenance, training and reserve activities in direct support of operational mission.You will direct preparation of plans and procedures pertaining to Naval Aviation Squadron Manpower requirements.You will analyze and revise manpower allocations and updates the military and civilian manpower requirements.You will maintain liaison with aviation commands, type wing commodores, fleet commanders, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, other bureau office chiefs or any other activities engaged in programs or projects having manpower implications.You will prepare billet change requests and Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) packages for adjustments to manpower requirements and funding.You will develop recommendations to changes in organizational structures and manpower requirements.You will attend manpower planning conferences.You will prepare recommendations and endorsements on specific manpower issues.
