Job SummaryYou will serve as an ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN in the Engineering and Planning Department, Combat Systems Engineering & Planning, Code 290 of PSNS and IMF.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing technical work, leading teams, and providing guidance in support of project execution in relation to ship design, overhaul, modification, and manufacturing products. Major DutiesYou will provide fully researched technical products that directly support the scheduling, execution, and certification of work.You will communicate prompt and detailed information to keep chain-of command informed on all issues.You will conduct investigations aboard ship to obtain information for development of or determine adaptability of working plans.You will ensure timely, technically accurate execution of design projects, document or drawing development or planning projects.You will be required to have successfully passed a non-nuclear electrical engineering division oral board with a supervisor panel.
