QualificationsGS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning production projects; conducting studies and analyzing production operations data (e.g., schedule, safety, quality, logistics, resources) to identify trends or deficiencies, and developing performance improvement methods and techniques for the timely and efficient completion of submarine maintenance and repair projects. Major DutiesYou will analyze and determine the cause of production program delays and extract production data to provide recommendations and solutions.You will coordinate work with various support codes and trade shops who are responsible for execution of production tasks.You will provide input on policies, procedures and processes to improve production program output.You will provide input on the development and review of production training.
