A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Experience in assisting with planning, directing and producing theatrical productions 2. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements or new programming techniques 3. Coordinate logistical support for productions to include personnel, supplies and equipment 4. Develop and conduct class instruction on related program activities such as interpretation, set and costume design, staging, voice production, etc 5.
