About this role
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
