Ficosota is looking for a Sales & Merchandising Representative (Mobile Merchandiser) to join its Non-Food Products Division sales team for the Veliko Tarnovo region .If you are energetic, positive, well-organized, and results-driven, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Maintain and develop Ficosota's product assortment across an assigned network of retail outlets. Travel extensively within the assigned region to manage and monitor contractual relationships with customers. Ensure regular and promotional product displays are implemented and maintained according to Ficosota's merchandising standards in the assigned stores. Optimize orders from retail outlets and place orders when necessary. Negotiate promotional activities within the parameters defined by the Regional Sales Manager. Collaborate closely with distributors and their Sales Representatives in the region. Ensure compliance with the company's commercial policies and standards. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for the assigned retail outlets. Requirements: 1–1.5 years of experience in a similar position. Valid driver's license and active driving experience. Good written and spoken English is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, data entry, and data processing). Knowledge of commercial mathematics. Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field is considered an advantage. Previous sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is considered an advantage. Personal Competencies: Strong ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks independently. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills, with the ability to represent and uphold the company's interests.
