Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring new team members, conducting spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards of care. The role requires a minimum of 12 months' care experience, strong people skills, empathy, and a positive, professional attitude. Successful candidates will have the right to work in the UK, a full UK driving license, and the availability to work flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm, including alternating weekends.

About You
As a Senior Care Assistant, youll guide and mentor new team members as they begin their journey, while carrying out spot checks and supervisions to help maintain exceptional standards of care.If you have at least 12 months experience, a compassionate nature, and the motivation to grow, this could be the perfect next step for you.
A minimum of 12 months care experience is required and an NVQ level 2 is preferable
Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature

Qualifications Essential
