You bring structure and ownership to your team, maintain the positive energy, and ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls. Responsibilities - You will play a key role in the professional development of the international team of 6 Financial Accountants. You will lead, coach, help strengthen expertise within the department, and create an environment where people can grow, learn, and perform at their best - Oversee the closing processes (monthly, quarterly, annually), ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting. You will coordinate annual statutory accounts and external audits, working closely with auditors and administrative partners across multiple international entities. You take ownership of key accounting processes, including tax filings, treasury-related activities, payroll-related controls, and statutory reporting - Contribute to finance and business projects related to internal controls, governance, compliance, and the implementation of new policies and processes.
