Functie - Perform MIG/MAG welding on steel constructions - Assemble products based on technical drawings and welding instructions - Set up and operate welding equipment - Inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy - Prepare finished products for Quality Control - Maintain a safe, clean and organized workplace - Contribute to continuous improvements within the production process Functie-eisen - MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level - Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder - Experience welding steel constructions - Able to read technical drawings independently - Good command of the English language - Willing to work in a two-shift rotation, with the possibility of moving into three shifts - Accurate, quality-driven and safety conscious Aanbod - A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,900, depending on your experience - 16% shift allowance for working in a two-shift rotation - Opportunity to move into a three-shift schedule with a 25% shift allowance - The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period - A full-time position (40 hours per week) - A modern production environment with high-quality equipment - Excellent opportuni
