Responsibilities Use existing networks and market knowledge to reach hiring managers, and decision-makers Identify suitable career opportunities within product, innovation, strategy, and commercial functions Provide market insight regarding companies, roles, and career positioning Support communication and relationship-building throughout the recruitment process Background Experience recruiting across Europe for commercially oriented roles within Food & Beverage, FMCG, Food Retail, and FoodTech is highly desirable. The ideal partner has a proven track record of recruiting for the following functions: Product Manager / Product Strategy Innovation Manager Brand Manager / Category Manager Commercial Strategy Business Development Strategy / Strategic Planning Consumer Insights Portfolio Management Compensation This is a flexible, success-based assignment. Compensation will be provided through a finder’s fee upon successful placement into a suitable role.
