*Position Overview *
As a Carpenter at Northstone Concrete, you will work alongside an experienced team performing concrete formwork and related carpentry tasks. You will learn from skilled tradespeople while contributing to a range of projects from foundations and footings to architectural walls and stairs. This role is physical, hands-on, and suited to someone who takes pride in doing quality work.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist in forming and stripping concrete for foundations, walls, stairs, and other concrete formwork. * Work alongside the crew to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently * Set up, assemble, and dismantle form systems * Handle and maintain tools and materials on site * Follow directions from management * Maintain a clean and safe work site at all times * Perform framing and general carpentry tasks as required
*What You'll Be Working On*
* Structural concrete forming and stripping * Architectural concrete forming and stripping * Stair forming and specialized form setups * Constructing ICF foundations
*Requirements*
* Minimum 2 year of experience in carpentry, concrete formwork, framing, or a related trade required * Knowledge of concrete forming or carpentry techniques * Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Valid driver's license
*Assets*
* Experience in framing or rough carpentry in addition to concrete work * Familiarity with reading blueprints or site drawings * Experience with multiple trades or construction disciplines First Aid certification

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
