*Responsibilities*
* Build and strip concrete formwork for residential projects * Install footing forms, wall forms, suspended slabs, and stairs * Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts * Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and formwork systems * Install bracing, embeds, and anchor bolts * Assist with concrete pours and finishing when required * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite * Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining quality workmanship
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years of concrete formwork experience * Experience with residential foundations (ICF experience is an asset) * Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings * Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation * Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment * Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
