Company Overview Bridgeview Coastal Sawmills is a sawmill operation located in Surrey, BC. We are dedicated to producing high-quality lumber and supporting sustainable forestry practices while fostering a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the shipping of lumber produced on-site to other divisions and direct to customer via truck and container as well as managing inventory and monitoring order completion.
Duties
* Manage shipping and receiving documentation within our lumber inventory management system (LISA, Microsoft Excel) * Assist accounting team with basic payables entries when available
Qualifications
* Proven experience in forestry/manufacturing operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles * Familiarity with inventory management systems * Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
