*Duties*
* Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals * Conduct one-on-one training sessions, providing clear instructions and demonstrations * Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement * Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety precautions, and overall fitness principles * Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness routines and maintain a positive attitude * Maintain a clean and organized training environment * Track client attendance, progress, and feedback to optimize training effectiveness * Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in personal training

* Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively * Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed * Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients * Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of varying fitness levels * Knowledge of exercise techniques, safety protocols, and fitness equipment * Certification in personal training is preferred * Professional attitude with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
