*Responsibilities*
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. * Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. * Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication. * Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that enhance guest satisfaction.
*Experience*
* 5 years minimum experience in the food and beverage industry * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. * Strong background in food and beverage handling practices. * Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a restaurant setting. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
