*Duties*
* Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity * Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients? needs and offering tailored recommendations * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment * Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair treatments to enhance client results and boost sales * Manage front desk responsibilities by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries efficiently * Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education * Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use to meet health standards
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships * Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments * Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health and safety regulations * Ability to effectively upsell retail products in a friendly and informative manner * Excellent communication skills to clearly understand client needs and explain styling options * Experience in retail sales within a salon or beauty environment is preferred * Proficiency in front desk operations such as appointment scheduling and client management
