*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces, and hallways * Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed * Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for residents or guests * Handle waste disposal efficiently and responsibly in accordance with safety standards * Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to supervisors for timely resolution * Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to achieve high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
*Skills*
* Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices * Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery * Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products to maximize efficiency and effectiveness * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards * Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Good communication skills for reporting issues or requesting supplies when needed
