The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.

You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred.
You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues.
You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle. Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level, and being well organised and self-motivated.
