Responsibilities:
• Supervise a group of individuals involved in Adult Day Services.
• Provide direct care and support to individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, and medication administration.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
• Plan engaging activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with a team of DSPs, supervisors, and other staff members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
• Plan and participate in community outings.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the agency’s insurance company.
• Must have reliable transportation with the ability to arrive to work on time every day.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience working with the DD population is a plus.

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
$17/hour
