Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for managing specific HR functions and providing support to the HR department by performing duties related to the functional operations of the HR department including recruitment, payroll, employee relations activities, and completing tasks assigned by the Lead HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or benefits administration
• Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Conduct recruitment efforts, including job posting, screenings, and interviews
• Support performance management and evaluation processes
• Support the HR team and other departments to optimize workforce productivity and engagement
• Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related area
• 3-7 years of experience in specialized HR roles
• Effective HR administration and people management skills
• Knowledge of basic HR functions, employment law, and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred
• Strong bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skills
• Certification in Human Resource management (PHR or SPHR)
Additional Information
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule

Work Environment

May occasionally be exposed to inclement or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and intense noises and travel; requiring moderate physical activities.
