For EMPWR, we are looking for an Ingredients Weigher who plays a key role in ensuring that raw materials are accurately measured so that the final product consistently meets the highest quality standards. What are you going to do? As an Ingredients Weigher, you are responsible for carefully weighing raw materials according to standardized recipes. Thanks to your precision and strong quality awareness, you directly contribute to the consistency and excellence of the final product. Your responsibilities: - Performing quality checks and accurately recording results - Supporting daily production activities within your department (and other departments when needed) - Working according to 5S standards on the shopfloor - Weighing ingredients based on recipes while strictly following company, hygiene, and safety regulations - Ensuring compliance with BRC, IFS, and HACCP guidelines What do we offer? - Hourly salary between €16.50 and €18.44, depending on experience - Attractive shift allowance - 8% holiday allowance + 25 vacation days (full-time) - Travel allowance (€0.25 per km) - A structured onboarding and training program - Free access to 150+ online training courses (Adecco Academy) Where will you work?
