What you'll do The Lead Buyer General Services is responsible for leading and executing sourcing activities for key indirect spend categories for the Headquarters of Nutreco, with a strong focus on Professional Services, Mobility, Travel, Facility Services, and Temporary Labor. The role ensures competitive sourcing outcomes, successful implementation of contracts, and effective supplier and contract management across the business . This position plays a critical role in stakeholder engagement, driving alignment and commitment from business partners, maximising business profitability and contributes to SHV cross-group initiatives, including the implementation of Global SHV contracts within Nutreco. You will l ead end-to-end sourcing activities across assigned indirect categories, developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver value, ensure supply continuity, and support Nutreco and SHV procurement objectives . You will also m anage supplier relationships and contract lifecycles, driving performance, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement , while p artner ing closely with business stakeholders to provide procurement expertise , align sourcing initiatives with business needs, and ensure successful implementation and utilization of contracts.
