With more than 150 staffing agencies, temporary employment organisations, and large employers using our software daily, we have become a well-known name in recruitment marketing. Over de functie - You build and optimise career websites within our own CMS. - You translate employer branding into user-friendly and visually appealing designs. - You actively communicate with clients via email, phone, or on-site. - You provide advice on marketing strategies, content, and budget allocation. - You contribute ideas for innovations in our software and marketing tools. No two days are the same. One day you might design a new recruitment site, the next you coach a client on conversion-focused content. You easily switch between creation, strategy, and client interaction. Wat vragen wij van jou - At least a bachelor’s level education in marketing, communications, HR, or design. - 1+ year of experience in online marketing or web design. And if not, at least a rock-solid story. - You are creative but know when something simply needs to convert rather than just look good. - You can explain your work to a client – without PowerPoint, jargon, or tears. - You love to win. - You live in the Houten region and are available for 5 days a week.
