Core responsibilities - Design and execute area talent, growth, and leadership strategies aligned to workforce and business plans. - Partner with senior leaders and HR to assess talent, identify gaps, and build succession and development plans. - Drive leadership development programs, coaching, and learning initiatives to strengthen performance and engagement. - Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and calibration processes to ensure fairness and consistency. - Use people analytics to measure impact, track KPIs, and improve talent outcomes (e.g., retention, readiness, mobility). - Ensure compliance with relevant policies, DEI commitments, and employee experience standards. - Lead or mentor a team and manage stakeholders across multiple sites/functions as applicable.
