For a leading high-tech company in the Eindhoven region, Xelvin is looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to relocate to the Netherlands and work on complex electronic and electromechanical systems. In this role, you will be part of an innovative engineering environment where product quality, continuous improvement and technical problem-solving are at the heart of the business. You will work across the full product lifecycle: from development and proto manufacturing to serial production and end-of-life. What you will do As a Quality Engineer, you will be a key figure in improving product and process quality across the organization. You will translate customer expectations into clear internal requirements and make sure quality is embedded in both engineering and manufacturing decisions. Your responsibilities include: Acting as a key quality contact throughout the product lifecycle, from sales and product development to production and end-of-life. Leading quality discussions with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders. Translating customer requirements into internal standards, processes and ways of working. Leading structured root cause analyses and improvement programs. Driving continuous improvement based on data, trends, quality performance and recurring issues. Supporting product and process design decisions with clear quality input. Working on supplier quality topics, including assessment, improvement and issue resolution. Coaching teams in quality tools, prevention mindset and structured problem-solving. Identifying structural improvement opportunities and taking ownership from analysis to implementation. What you bring You are analytical, curious and constructively critical. You do not only want to fix quality issues; you want to understand them, prevent them and improve the system behind them. We are looking for someone with: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics or a related technical field. Approximately 5–10 years of experience in quality engineering. Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, preferably with electronics, electromechanics, complex systems or industrial production. Strong knowledge of quality tools a
