Booston is a fast-growing scale-up that develops innovative software to automate and improve recruitment. With more than 120 intermediaries, staffing agencies, and large employers using our software, we are both a software company and an online marketing company in one. We are looking for a new business account manager who can connect with Booston to accelerate growth even further. Over het bedrijfOur software modules provide solutions for every aspect of online recruitment marketing, from employer branding to job posting and from search engine optimization to analytics and reporting. We have developed our own in-house recruitment software system that helps our clients set up and optimize their online marketing campaigns. With this software, our clients can fully automate recruitment marketing and, for example, make job postings faster and more visible. We are not only a software company but also an online marketing company that helps other businesses with their recruitment challenges. Our services range from strategic advice to hands-on implementation of online marketing campaigns. We believe in a personal approach, which is why you will be assigned your own clients right away and help them with their online recruitment marketing. Our office is located in Houten, and our team currently consists of 3 people, soon to be 4. You will work with a team of enthusiastic colleagues with a passion for online marketing and recruitment. Booston’s development team consists of 9 people and is located elsewhere. In 2022, Booston more than doubled in size, and we expect to make another major leap in 2025.
